Geoff Polk - Founder & Managing Attorney
Geoffrey Polk is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Jackson Tyler PLLC, where he leads the firm’s nationwide regulatory, real estate, and constitutional litigation practice. Licensed in nearly every U.S. jurisdiction, Geoffrey is on track to become the first attorney in American history to hold active licenses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, positioning the firm to deliver truly national legal solutions.
Geoffrey’s practice focuses on constitutional challenges, particularly under the Privileges and Immunities Clause, the Dormant Commerce Clause, and federal preemption doctrines. He has spearheaded litigation across multiple states aimed at dismantling outdated residency, office, and licensing requirements that restrict interstate commerce and modern legal practice. In addition to his litigation practice, Geoffrey has deep experience in real estate, title insurance, and regulatory compliance, having led expansion efforts for a multistate title agency now licensed in more than 39 states. He also brings a strategic, operational lens to the practice of law, leveraging technology and regulatory insight to modernize service delivery for both clients and attorneys. Geoffrey frequently engages with regulators, courts, and industry partners nationwide, and he is recognized for his strategic vision and disciplined execution in building a next-generation law firm that operates seamlessly across jurisdictions.
